- Pay day is every other Friday. Next pay cycle will be payroll due on Mondays (11/15) and paid on Fridays (11/19.)
- Bookmark your payroll sheet + do not delete anything after payday so we can reference it if there's a discrepancy.
Please initial what dates you CANNOT work. All Google docs are linked for each wedding. Amanda does the schedule and will do it about 3 months in advance is so please be pro-active about checking it.
- Google documents are linked in the schedule, please request access if you are scheduled and add yourself to the Slack Channel. If you can't request access or don't see a slack channel for that wedding, contact Amanda on Slack to get it going. You can also login as my Google and add yourself to the document.

This is how we communicate on the day of! I am looking into radios, but make sure you are able to have your phone on you at all times. I love a good fanny pack, but you will need it on you at all times. I am cool with you using it for personal use when you aren’t working or it’s slow (setting up, reception, etc.) Just try to not be scrolling Facebook in front of clients during the slow time. I LOVE and need pics of photos during weddings, so please try to do everything you can to get pics that we can share to Insta AS the event is happening. A group chat for pics will be started with all empl0yees working, Liz and myself.
IMPORTANT TO ME
My #1 thing is always asking what they drink and having it ready for them when they finish their ceremony! I want our team to be the first ones to tell them congratulations. I also do what I can to bring them appetizers during pics and water. Just really going above and beyond is what’s amazing and what I love to see. If catering doesn’t plate their meal, I make sure that we do so they have their food first. Sometimes during pictures I like to go into the bridal suite and just set up some drinks, apps, and waters for them to have a private moment after.
Show up with a printed copy of the Google doc that you have READ thoroughly beforehand. Print a few extra copies of JUST the timeline portion for vendors.

STORAGE UNIT INFORMATION WHERE RENTALS CAN BE PICKED UP/DROPPED OFF
When picking up or dropping off rentals for your wedding, coordinate with everyone assigned to your wedding the week before to see who is doing it. If you pick up, you can add one extra hour to your payroll. If you drop off, you can add one extra hour to your payroll.
