Ashley + Nicole decided to start their partnership in the industry within minutes of meeting each other. After working only two weddings together, Nicole branched off to Denver, CO where she continued to offer wedding planning services. Even though Nicole often gets mistaken for Ashley and Ashley often gets mistaken for a middle name of Nicole, they have successfully launched Ashley Nicole Affair in three states over the course of the last eight years. They curate over 75 weddings a year and pride themselves on the rapport and personal relationships that they create with every single one of their couples, as well as the vendors in the industry and every person they meet throughout the planning process.

Amanda introduced us to the term Wisconsinite and ever since then, we never let her go! She has a passion for celebration and bringing others together. She has over ten years in the service industry and poured her extensive knowledge into her own wedding in 2018 and has been with us over two years! She has top-notch leadership skills and can respectfully control large crowds with her down to earth personality, while also becoming a part of the party. Amanda continues to establish incredible relationships in the industry with our fellow wedding vendors and we are so excited to have her on board full time as our Chief Operations Officer + Principal Planner! about

Ashley keeps her roots planted in New Mexico, while embracing everything Texas has to offer. She chose to sever ties with corporate America while working at Delta Air Lines and established Ashley Nicole Affair. (Fun fact: Her middle name is NOT Nicole.) She is invigorated around people, inspired by chaos, and operates on the energy in the environments around her. She wears many hats and is a hairstylist, florist, and proud mother of her son, Luca. Her creative outlet in the beauty/wedding industry has allowed her to evolve, heal the grief from losing her mom, and continue to grow in her personal life, as well as professional life. When she's not traveling, with her son, at a wedding, nor coloring hair, she is binge watching 90 Day Fiancé. about

She multi-tasks by working with us, managing social media, and is also with one of our preferred catering companies! While being raised in Galveston, she had the honor of planning her Aunt's wedding. From that moment on, she knew this was her calling. Her love for the chaos of a wedding continued while she coordinated weddings in League City. She loves chaos so much that she also balances a full time teaching career with an elementary school. During the pandemic, while also planning several weddings, she even won Teacher of the Year at her school! We love her never-ending amount of patience, quick thinking, intuition, and admiration for teaching. We have watched her grow throughout the pandemic as one of the strongest women out there, while she stays committed to teaching. She is always going above and beyond to make sure her couple's day is flawless. She met her fairy tale love story during quarantine; she's our true Rapunzel! about

Helen is one of our newest planners, and currently a sophomore/second year at The University of Texas in Austin. She has not decided on a major, but her heart is pulled towards the advertising industry, as she hopes to get into the school of advertising while also minoring in business. She is from Harlingen, Texas in the Rio Grande Valley and dances in her spare time, which she's been doing for 16 years now! She also LOVES going thrifting and finding unique things and is excited to learn how to sew to start thrift flipping. Jessica's eye for creating beautiful tablescapes compliment her ability to transform a blank slate. She has immersed herself in the wedding industry all over the country from Seattle, to Denver, to LA, and now Austin. In all these major cities, she has spent her time working for notorious event planning and catering companies. She joined our team from the company's foundation, which has given her extensive experience with all of the venues from San Antonio, to Austin, and all over the Hill Country. She loves impressing more than just her couples, and always achieves the parents final approval. She is an incredible mother to her three children and has been married for nearly ten years. about

Originally from San Antonio, Kellie is currently a Senior at the University of Texas in Austin. She is studying to get a BS in Radio-Television-FIlm, with a minor in Creative Writing. Kellie loves living and going to school in Austin, where she is able to enjoy the outdoor activities and great food the city has to offer. When not working or studying, Kellie enjoys staying at home with a good book, painting, or watching a new TV show.
