We will schedule your final walkthrough around 60-30 days before the wedding, which will likely be our first in person meeting. We PRIDE ourselves on the unlimited texts + emails from the start, which means you don't have to wait to start working with us, though! We are happy to arrange a personal Zoom introduction to meet because we want our couples to feel comfortable and secure with our planning process. WHO WILL MY COORDINATORS BE?

Unlimited communication starts from our initial consultation! As soon as we get the contract and invoice taken care of, we truly take the lead and pick up right where you left off, or need to start! We LOVE to be a resource to our couples, and help guide them through the process. We always welcome our couples to communicate by email, text, or in the documents/portals that we work through. We recommend our couples bookmark our planning documents, and as you get closer to the big day, you can fill it out as you go. By the time it comes to our final walkthrough at the venue, your documents are usually 90% filled out and we know the rest of the answers! WHAT DON'T YOU DO ON WEDDING DAY?
On your wedding day, we will do anything + everything to make your day perfect. We aren't above manual labor. Heavy things don't scare us. We will feed you while you're getting your make up touched up. We don't mind lending a vendor a hand. We will seriously give the bride the coat off our back; seriously, we actually have played coat rack during portraits before! On wedding day, we need to be 100% focused on our role at the ceremony + reception to help direct all vendors and accept all deliveries. We strongly encourage that you arrange for all of your items to be delivered to the venue since we are not able to run any type of errand or step away. We are there to manage your day from start to finish, therefore we remain on site and present at all times. CAN WE UPGRADE LATER?
Absolutely! Signing the contract and sending over the deposit secures your date. If you are interested in an upgrade, we will always give you the opportunity to reevaluate what best fits your needs and thoroughly discuss all options. It is as easy as paying the deposit for the difference in package price. |
