Amanda introduced us to the term Wisconsinite and ever since then, we never let her go! She has a passion for celebration and bringing others together. She has over ten years in the service industry and poured her extensive knowledge into her own wedding in 2018 and has been with us over two years!
She has top-notch leadership skills and can respectfully control large crowds with her down to earth personality, while also becoming a part of the party. Amanda continues to establish incredible relationships in the industry with our fellow wedding vendors and we are so excited to have her on board full time as our Chief Operations Officer + Principal Planner!
Ashley keeps her roots planted in New Mexico, while embracing everything Texas has to offer. She chose to cut ties with corporate America while working at Delta Air Lines and established Ashley Nicole Affair. (Fun fact: Her middle name is NOT Nicole.) She is invigorated around people, inspired by chaos, and thrives on the energy in the environments around her. Although she's behind the scenes of Ashley Nicole Affair, she has her hands full in flowers after launching our sister brand, Fleur Affair. Her best friend and pride and joy is her hysterical son, Luca.
She never can stay still and is constantly traveling, but when she's not you can find her binging 90 Day Fiancé or Dateline.
Although Beth is a Denver native, strangely something about the Texas heat and Hill Country brought her to us; and for that, we are thankful! She has an incredible background in the wedding industry ranging from catering, to venue management, to private clubs and hotels. She works now full time for Ashley Nicole Affair, and helps clients throughout the catering process due to her extensive experience. She is a face that you will get to know really well and likely show up on wedding day as your planner! The greatest thing about Beth is that she is able to focus on the whole operation of an event from different angles than just the planner.
We love how amazing at communicating how food + beverage will fit into your wedding day, while educating to help you understand why it will be one of the biggest spends when it comes to your budget.
While being raised in Galveston, she had the honor of planning her Aunt's wedding. From that moment on, she knew this was her calling. Her love for the chaos of a wedding continued while she coordinated weddings in League City. She loves chaos so much that she also balances a full time teaching career with an elementary school. During the pandemic, while also planning several weddings, she even won Teacher of the Year at her school!
We love her never-ending amount of patience, quick thinking, intuition, and admiration for teaching. We have watched her grow throughout the pandemic as one of the strongest women out there, while she stays committed to teaching. She is always going above and beyond to make sure her couple's day is flawless. She met her fairy tale love story during quarantine; she's our true Rapunzel!
Jessica's eye for creating beautiful tablescapes compliment her ability to transform a blank slate. She has immersed herself in the wedding industry all over the country from Seattle, to Denver, to LA, and now Austin. In all these major cities, she has spent her time working for notorious event planning and catering companies.
She joined our team from the company's foundation, which has given her extensive experience with all of the venues from San Antonio, to Austin, and all over the Hill Country. She loves impressing more than just her couples, and always achieves the parents final approval. She is an incredible mother to her three children and has been married for nearly ten years.
A Fredericksburg native, Katy has worn many hats from working in childcare, cosmetology, to corporate America. After realizing none of these industries field her passion, she took her organization skills to Ashley Nicole Affair. She manages our inventory and makes sure that our weddings will flow together smoothly!
When she’s not helping the team in the floral studio, you can find her at a concert, outside in the sun, binging TV shows, or at home in comfortable clothes with her boyfriend, Adam.
Liz is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada but relocated to Austin in 2012 and instantly fell in love. Her favorite thing about the city is how much it encourages and supports local businesses, artists, and creatives. She also loves the wedding industry in Austin, and has wanted to be a part of it since her time studying Health at Texas A&M University - where she planned big, themed events at her house every semester (including an 80’s prom once) and focused on that a bit more than her classes sometimes.
While in college, she began teaching herself modern calligraphy & graphic design which she utilizes daily creating wedding invitations, signage, etc. for her stationery design business - Green Girl Design Co.
Mandy is an Austin, TX native with over 10 years of experience in the wedding industry. She has taken on many positions from banquet server to venue manager, which has allowed her a unique perspective on events. She graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Interior Design which has helped with her creativity, organization and problem solving in her career. Mandy loves the great outdoors and is a health & fitness enthusiast. Some of her favorite things to do are camping, kayaking & bike rides but she is down for almost any outdoor adventure.
Mandy is a proud work from home momma to her son Jackson who is obsessed with dinosaurs, and now so is she. In her spare time she loves to hang out with friends and family and enjoys taking on DIY/renovation projects on her home.
